Class Action Defective Products

Willis & Buckley has been involved in a number of national product defect class actions, either as lead or co-lead counsel. Examples include a case involving defective heating systems that included a hose manufactured by Goodyear; a defective engine used in working boats; and a defective engine manufactured by Cummins Diesel.
