Chemical and Toxic Exposure

The firm has handled hundreds of toxic and chemical exposure cases ranging from lead poisoned children to more than 1,000 City workers who were poisoned by abandoned chemical barrels left in the basement of a City building. Our attorneys have both the legal skills and the scientific and technical knowledge to successfully pursue these complex cases. Toxic exposure cases are especially complex because they require a large array of expert consultants to establish the causation of the injury and the degree of the damages. We have successfully pursued hundreds of these cases, including a class action in which one of our partners was class counsel and which resulted in a $67,000,000 settlement.
